This fully automatic soap making production line is located in N'Djamena, the capital of Chad, and employs an advanced automated control system and an efficient energy-saving design concept. The fully automatic soap making production line covers all processes from raw material processing, stirring, grinding, strip pressing, printing, cooling to packaging, capable of steadily producing high-quality, multi-specification laundry soap and toilet soap. The project started in June 2025, and in the face of challenges such as weak local infrastructure and a shortage of technical talent, the project team from HENAN LOVO INDUSTRY closely collaborated with partners in Chad to overcome various difficulties during transportation, installation, and commissioning to ensure the project is delivered with high quality on schedule. The soap market in Chad heavily relies on imports, which are expensive and unstable in supply. The completion of this project will significantly enhance Chad's self-sufficiency in soap products, providing reliable quality cleaning products to the local population at more favorable prices, thus improving public health standards.
