LOVO Soap Machine Enters Congo-Brazzaville Again
One set of advanced fully automatic soap production line/soap equipment made by LOVO industry was loaded and shipped at an important port in East China, officially heading to the Republic of Congo in Central Africa (abbreviated as Congo-Brazzaville). This export not only signifies the successful expansion of China’s high-end daily chemical equipment into the Central and West African markets but also injects new technological momentum into the development of local manufacturing and improvements in the livelihoods of people in Congo-Brazzaville.
It is reported that the exported equipment was provided by a well-known domestic daily chemical equipment manufacturer and covers the complete production line from raw material processing, soap saponification reaction, vacuum drying, three-roll milling, twin-screw pressing, to fully automatic soap cutting machine, soap printing, and soap packaging. This set of equipment is renowned for its high efficiency, energy-saving capabilities, high degree of automation, and ease of operation and stability. It can significantly enhance soap production efficiency and product consistency, while complying with international environmental and safety standards. Once put into production, it will help Congolese partner companies greatly increase the output and quality of locally produced high-quality soap, meeting the growing demand in the local and surrounding markets.
In recent years, Congo-Brazzaville has been advancing an economic diversification strategy, actively developing non-oil industries, with a focus on local production and manufacturing upgrades. As an essential daily necessity, localized soap production is important for ensuring basic livelihoods, reducing reliance on imports, and creating employment opportunities. Introducing advanced Chinese equipment is one of the key measures for the country to enhance its light industry production capacity.
The project leader from the exporting side stated, “We are very pleased to bring China’s mature soap manufacturing technology and equipment to our partners in Congo-Brazzaville. In addition to providing the equipment, we will also offer comprehensive technical training and installation guidance to ensure the production line is successfully launched and operates stably. We believe that the reliability and adaptability of Chinese equipment can perfectly meet the development needs of the African market.”
Industry experts point out that this cooperation is another achievement in deepening capacity cooperation and trade exchanges between China and Congo-Brazzaville under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. China’s manufacturing industry, with its comprehensive advantages in supply chains, cost performance, and technical services, is becoming a trusted partner in Africa’s industrialization process. Through technology transfer and equipment exports, China is providing substantial support to African countries to enhance their independent development capabilities and optimize their industrial structures.
The soap making machine with the capacity of 100-300kg/h is expected to complete installation and commissioning within a few months at an industrial park near Brazzaville, the capital of Congo-Brazzaville, and officially begin production. Once operational, the project will not only directly create local jobs and improve the skills of technical workers but also benefit consumers by producing affordable, high-quality local products, contributing positively to improving local hygiene conditions and quality of life.
This successful export sets an example for cooperation between China and Congo-Brazzaville, and even the broader African market, in the field of light industry machinery, signaling that China-Africa manufacturing cooperation is steadily advancing toward a more refined and deeper engagement.
